FINYE is a non-profit and non-political non-governmental organization. Its sole aim is to bring the Nepali youth entrepreneurs under one platform, network and share ideas. FINYE has always been on the forefront of entrepreneurship development and service extending help impartially to all the members. It works towards uplifting the Nepali entrepreneurs in important sectors to network and grow. Federation of International Nepali Youth Entrepreneurs was officially launched on December 2021.

Federation of International Nepali Youth Entrepreneurs (FINYE) is a global Nepalese entrepreneurs group. The objective of FINYE has been to foster closer relationships, networking, ideas sharing, and cooperation among non-resident Nepali communities, facilitate and as well as discuss the investment opportunities in Nepal. Federation of International Nepali Youth Entrepreneurs (FINYE) will consist of a group of Nepali entrepreneurs who come together to network, share ideas, discuss the needs and an opportunity of business within the communities in FINYE and as well as in Nepal.

To promote and foster closer relations between Nepal and FINEY’s organizations globally in particular, goodwill, harmony and fraternity amongst the business communities of both countries, and more specifically Nepalese business community in FINYE’s; To provide a forum for meeting people involved or interested in enhancing trade and investment flows between FINYE’S organisation & Nepal in order to exchange ideas, experience, & information, develop contacts & facilitate interaction through the entrepreneur conference; To identify, encourage and inform members of appropriate sources of information relating to trade and investment opportunities, practices and regulations in FINYE’s and Nepal; To support community based FINYE’s business interests in Nepal, and Nepalese business interests in FINYE’s globally by providing advice and information; To create a mentorship opportunity through various business networking, conferences, membership to guide and link you to the people who will be able to help you. This will ensure that you get right advice, tailored to your own business. To create a start-up culture by encouraging young entrepreneurs in Nepal and internationally, and also provide investment opportunities for FINYE. Work in collaboration with other organizations, whose objects and purposes are similar to us, in order to further fulfil organization's needs and progress towards self-reliant Nepali. Develop and implement effective social and emotional learning programs for youth’s entrepreneurs from high school to influence positive habits, social and emotional awareness and healthy relationships. Be a source of unique entrepreneurship programs that youth otherwise would not have; Advocate for policy to create entrepreneurship model from year 10 onwards to develop necessary skills and financial education right through higher school
