Desh Sanchar Highlights: FINYE's Second General Assembly, 2025

Gokarna Prasad Dhakal from Hong Kong has been elected as the Global President of the Federation of International Nepali Youth Entrepreneurs (FINYE) during its second general assembly, which saw participation from representatives of 15 countries. Previously serving as Senior Vice President, Dhakal now leads the organization aimed at connecting Nepali youth entrepreneurs worldwide.
Dipen Ghale was re-elected as General Secretary and presented a report highlighting FINE’s rapid global expansion. Other key positions were filled during the virtual convention, including Shamim Anwar as Senior Vice President and regional presidents for Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania.
Dhakal expressed a commitment to building networks of collaboration, mentorship, and opportunities for young Nepali entrepreneurs across the globe, empowering them to grow in the international market.
